How many people should I have at my Tasting?
There is a Maximum of 12 guests per Tasting. Dinner parties are negotiable depending on location, space, etc.
Will my Consultation fee go toward my Tasting/Service?
- No. Consultations require time; We will be in constant communication up until the tasting, this fee allows me to be available to you. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE
- If after your consultation if you are not ready to proceed with your tasting consultation/fee is good for up to 6 month **OFFICIAL HOST/ESS DO NOT PAY CONSULTATION FEE How much is a consultation? $35.00- All CONSULTATIONS are up to 1 hr & are MANDATORY. Can I choose the Wine I want at my Tasting? NO, All tastings have a pre-set wine, food & charcuterie pairings.You are able to choose the type of tastings that fits your party most. Special request honored with atl. pricing. (mention at consultation)
- Do you Travel?
- Yes there is a travel fee to any place outside the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Anywhere outside Dallas- Ft. Worth; $400. (Mid-South ONLY Includes Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee, N. Mississippi, NW Alabama)
- What forms of payment do you accept
- Cash, Cashapp, PayPal, Venmo
- All Tasting Tickets sold via www.tastingswtye.com. Tasting tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE but can be gifted for purchased tasting ONLY.
Additional things to keep in mind
- Tastings/Services must be paid in FULL 3 weeks prior to the date of Tasting.
- Have location prior to Consultation. ( We can meet there, pics/ videos are mandatory)
- Taxes, add-on fees, photos/ blog mentions are set and cannot be altered at all.
- Special requests for Gift bags must be ordered and paid for 2 weeks prior to the date of Tasting.
- CANCELLATION FEE $75
- Hosts must be at the event location at least 1 hr prior to tasting. (Time missed will cut tasting short)
